Why didn't anyone notice falling of apple before Newton

everyone noticed falling of an apple from a tree but they didnt try to find out the science behind it. They just ignored the science but Newton tried to find the science behind the incident and finally succeeded

Some might have noticed, but they didn't give so much of stress thinking why it had fallen.. even if it falls, they would have taken it and eaten it... Everyone has their view of perspective..
