why didn't shift out of primary sector happen in case of employment although there has been a change in share of 3 sectors
Answers
Answer:
there is indeed a point. But it is necessary to keep some of the population in different sections of sectors. for example think that all the farmers are sent to other work instead of growing crops and farming. if this happens, no none would be making the basic materials neede for making food. there is a mere chance that the population will die of hunger. then think about poverty and education people in primary sector will not be that much educated.
