Because all the does not think alike .They have different idea and knowledge. They watch the things in different manner

Each person is born in a different environment. Each person sees the world differently. Each person has own likes and dislikes. Also, the fate and the society brings a person into contact with different people - great and common.
So different persons develop liking for different careers and also different persons have different physical and mental capabilities. Thus they have different personal development goals.
