Different regions of India have different kinds of soil because of environmental changes as we know in India there are many different states and areas and they also have different atmosphere as well which creates all these differences doesn't matter whether these changes are in soil and others. As we see that area or places which are located nearby water sources are more fertile as compared to the areas which are often suffer from lack of water. For example : punjab is a state which has very fertile land and it is all because of their five rivers who flow throughout this state. There are also very good examples can be find out if we deeply go through the geographical studies. Mostly five kinds of soils are found in India, which has its specific value according to our agricultural department............

Answer:

Different regions in India have different types of soils because of the presence of different kinds of rocks present in different regions.

As we know that, any soil is formed after the parent rock is weathered by various number of agents of weathering.

Hence, the type of parent rock that was weathered to form a particular soil determines the quality and characteristics of soil.

Since, different regions of India have different rocks, they also have different soils.

Another important reason is the agent of weathering which caused the formation of the soil.
