★Rain water is a form of distilled water .It is formed through the evaporation or distillation of surface water , and then comes down to the earth in form of rain .

Why does man made distilled water not conduct electricity while the nature made distilled water does . Excellent question .

Distilled water is pure water . Pure water does not have free electrons necessary for conducting electricity . So it does not conduct electricity .

On the other hand , water , any water is called universal solvent . It is a very good solvent . It absorbs any type of impurity readily , in fact looks for it . So in the formation of rain clouds when water vapor rises from surface water , and when the rain water comes down from the clouds , a lot of contaminants are absorbed in the rain water . These contaminants make rain water a good conductor of electricity .

Even distilled water if kept in open container for 24 hours becomes good conductor of electricity .★

☺ Hello mate__ ❤

◾◾here is your answer...

✒Distilled water is a pure form of water and is not contain any type of ions . Therefore, it does not conduct electricity.

✒Rain water, being an impure form of water, contains many ions such as acids. hence, it conducts electricity.

I hope, this will help you

Thank you______❤
