Diwali is known as the festival of light and happiness because it brings immense joy when we celebrate it and it gives us excitement. We get to wear new clothes and eat delicious food which gives happiness and also the puja and other crackers burnings( which we should not do or do in a limit.) and yes the day when Rama came back which is of utmost importance for the Hindus
