why do a Bubbles come out when water is added to soil

because it boils and when we added soil on that then bubbles come

atmospheric gases such as nittogen and oxygen can dissolve in water ...when u draw a glass of water from your faucet and allow it to warm to room temperature, nitrogen and oxygen slowly COME out of solution with tiny bubbles forming and coalescing at sites of microscopic imperfections on the glass.
