acids produced H ion in the presence of water which is responsible for acidic nature but if water is absent therefore they cannot show their acidic nature

When an acid reacts with water it produces H+ and OH- ions.
The amount or rather concentration of H+ ions are much larger as to the OH- ions.
These H+ ions are required for any acid to show acidic properties.
If the acid is not treated with water these H+ ions will never form.
