Why do action and reaction forces dont cancel each other?

Explanation:

The important thing to notice is that action and reaction forces act on different objects in the interaction. Two equal and opposite forces acting on the same object do not make an action-reaction pair! This is why the two opposing forces don't cancel out

if force of action and reaction are equal and in opposite direction in same place then force of action and reaction cancel each other .

eg

  1. when we push a heavy wall it doesn't move as both force cancel each other
