There is an increase in height and weight.

The oil and sweat glands become active.

In boys larynx increases

In girls public hair start growing...etc..

As their bodies experience hormonal changes, most adolescents experience extreme mood swings.As a result of trying to adjust to the changes in the body and mind , adolescents often find themselves feeling confused , insecure and self conscious. This is a natural part of growing up and in experienced by eveyone.
