Mostly rag pickers fall I'll because
1.Rag pickers pick up garbage and this is very unhygenic.
2.Mostly tag pickers are poor so they don't even have scope for concerning a doctor for their disease.
3.They often live in unhygenic settlements.
4.They don't get to drink pure water or get good nutritious food to eat.
5.They eat that food that does not contain the number of calories that is essential for living.
6.They don't get basic commodities for their living.

Garbage dump has flies,cockroaches and mosquitoes which later turn into breeding grounds for microorganisms that may cause diseases. When these rag pickers go near these garbage dumps, they get infected by these organisms and fall ill.
