Why do amphibians and reptiles not live in the antarctic?

because they are not adapted with that environment ..they kinda live in lakes,oceans,rivers where the water temp is intermediate but in antarctic there is too much coldness and thats why without and special features no oraganism can live there. but there can be seen exceptions too...
