There are many varieties of reasons for the movement of animals. The reasons are given below:

 \bullet Animals need to move for the search for their food.

  \bullet For the reproduction also they need to move to meet with their mate. To get the suitable microhabitat and habitat or shelter animals move from one place to another.

  \bullet Another most important reason for the movement of animals is to escape from predators and survive for a long time. Survival here is based on shifting of the livelihood.
