The simplest answer is that Antibiotic that human use are very strain specific molecules, that is, they target structures or metabolic pathways that are not present in human cell/system. As a side note, humans cells doesn’t make antibiotic, we have immunes system to fight pathogen, we’re just taking advantage of mechanism that other organisms uses to prevent pathogen/competition.
