Our earth is not completely spherical it is bulged at the equator
The gravitational force is inversely proportional to radius of earth ( in this case)
so as the radius increase the gravitational force decrease so as we go towards the pole the radius of earth decreases but due that the gravitational force increases hence our weight increases in the poles
Hope this helped u :-)
