Why do arms and legs have hollow bones?​

The legs and arms of human beings have Hollow tube like bones, because these bones need to be highly strong and moveable, due to continuous uses of the limbs in all activities. moreover, these bones need to be Hollow, so that the blood vessels and the nerves can pass freely through these tube like bones.
