Why do arterties do not have valves but veins have valves and cappilaries don't have valves

because arteries passes blood to all body parts if these artery passing blood flow through any part accept lung there is no problem

but veins receives deoxigenated blood that blood should not flow through all parts,if that blood flows then that particular part will damage veins helps in stop to pass any deoxigenated blood to oxigenised part
