why do astronauts only go to moon or Mars not Jupiter, Neptune, Venus or any other planet?

Nowadays our technology has been developed so far but we are only able to send man only to mars.if we have to go to another planet other than the moon we have to get technologically advanced. the conditions of atmosphere air etc should be considered.researches are undergoing to study about other planets .especially mars .in the case of Saturn; Venus; Jupiter etc there are many adversities we have to face so we will not be able to send a man to space until the studies are developed.
