Why do birds don't get electrocuted or ''fried'' on electricity distribution cables

The crates a closed loop,which is required for electricity to flow .When a bird is perched on a single wire,its two feet are at the same electrical potential, so the electrons in the wires have no motivation to travel through the birds body. No moving electrons means no electric current

electricity cables has 2 wires in which one of the wire caries +ve charges when other caries -ve charge ,birds don't get electrocuted because they stand only on one of the cabel .
they get electrocuted only if both the wires are connected.
