why do birds migrate during winter

kulshreshth93: rds that nest in the Northern Hemisphere tend to migratenorthward in the spring to take advantage of burgeoning insect populations, budding plants and an abundance of nesting locations. As winter approaches and the availability of insects and other food drops, the birds move south again.

during winter season birds migrate to a warmer place so that they can reproduce. Warm conditions are favourable for giving birth to new offsprings and taking care of them
