Why do bubbles not formed when we open the bottle of mineral water?

bcoz mineral water do not has carbonate gas in it whereas bottles of softdrinks are specially filled with CO2 so that to maintain flavour nd acidity of the drink

Soda water, like other carbonated beverages, contains carbon dioxide that has dissolved under pressure. When the pressure is released by opening the soda container, the liquid cannot hold as much carbon dioxide, so the excess bubbles out of the solution. it does not happen in the mineral water.
