Evaporation of its water content, air turbulence, and, most commonly, dryness - contact with a dry surface or dry air. When you make bubbles in the sun, they evaporate quickly.

The bubbles pop because of the air pressure. See, when the air pressure outside the bubble becomes more than that of the pressure inside, it pops out. Hope this helps!!!
