why do burning of fuels cause health hazards?

Burning of fuels leads to the release of harmful pollutants in the atmosphere.

This pollutants are harmful to health since they lead to:

a. Respiratory illness such as asthma and
lung damage when inhaled.

b. Reduced ability of blood to bring oxygen to
body cells and tissues.

c. breathing problems and also eye, nose and
throat irritation.
