Why do carnivorous mammals bite the necks of their prey during attacks?

The carnivorous animals bite the neck of there prey because if we cut the neck then all the veins and artes connection would be cut so no oxygen flow no blood flow ook...

We all know neck is one if a place where all the nerves pass and the second is wind pipe . carnivorous animals bite the beck of it's pray so that the connection of oxygen just brakes and the nerves flow out the flowing blood inside it
