Why do certain people become depressed and hopeless in life after they go through certain difficulties? This is especially seen in the people belonging to 35 and more year olds.

Yeah it's true that certain people become depressed and hopeless in life after they go through some difficulties. They feel like nothing is left for them in the world now. They become hopeless because of the reason that they have no other options to do.


They start losing hope in them. Failure can bring more failure to a person. If we learn something from our failure then we will not lose our hope. If we start learning from our mistakes then it would be a day then we would have become more successful.


Well it's not only common in the 35 years above but also the youth. The fear of getting failed is increasing. They are fearing in the way they have to succeed. Moreover the thing is the becoming of hopelessness.


Also so many responsibilities may lead to depression and hopelessness.


If a person losses hope in himself/herself then it would be way too hard for him/her to achieve anything in life. The best way to avoid all this is keeping faith in ourselves. This will surely bring success to us.

depression can be of many types depending the way of disorders...they can be of chronic depression,psychotic,multipolar,seasonal and so on........the major symptoms are loss of intrest in activities, lack of sleepness, slenderness etc...some sort of hallucinations also arises due to the same..by telling some difficulties means i can get you?...difficulty means its just a sense and not a situation.... when i say it is a sense means that a situation ,when one say difficult means the way they approach the difficulties....perspective of each individual is entirely different causing different difficulty levels in human beings at a perticular instance this can lead to mental ,emotional ,psychological stress....


this can be controlled just by taking control on the way we live...
