Answer: Children need vaccination because when they are a few months old or 1 or 2 years old, their body is not familiar with the various kinds of pathogens and microbes. So, in a vaccine, they give the child one drop of a particular vaccine (say, polio). In that drop, it will contain weakened or dead polio microbe so next time, the body can release antibodies against it as soon as it enters.
