Why do consumers in the most of the cases not go to consumer courts

HERE IZ UR ANSWER.

Mostly, consumers are not aware about these courts.
And not much awareness programme has been run by govt regarding consumer courts.

People dont want to stretch the case to the courts as they want the solution there only.

Many a times, people don't even know that they have been cheated as they dont take note of exp. date and couldnt know about the adulteration done by shopkeepers.

Many a times shopkeeper increase the prices, which consumers have to ultimately agree.
