Different people have different developmental goals as the social, economic conditions of all people are different.

This statement can be explained using an example. A large section of rich people including industrialist may want many large dams for getting regular power supply but at the same instance, it also displaces a large group of poor people living nearby. It also cause damage to biodiversity.

From this we can say that, development for one may not be development for others. It may even be destructive for others

People may change the goal with the change in situation which could be contradictory to previous goal

For Example : A person willing to do higher education will change his goal go for employment because weak economic situation of the family.
