Why do different people have different goals for development

because they work at different levels ...for eg a worker wantt to increase his salary by working hard. .but may be his boss want to decrease his worker's salary for more profit ...

⏺️ What may be development for one may not be development for the other.

⏺️It may even be destructive for the other.
