It is according to people's perspective. different people have different view of development.some people thinks that development of country is development but some think that personal development is real development.

differant persons have different meaning for development it is nt compulsry that what should be development of one would be development of another eg if industrialists want to make dam as it increase their income and increase energy but it would be harmful for local people as it effect on there livelyhood and they have to migrate frm there place
