Because they have fixed position mean that they revolve in fixed path and orbits which are present around the nucleus

Electrons do not fall in the nucleus because -

- The energy shells in an electron are degenerate shells which means that they do not radiate/lose energy while revolving in these energy shells.

-Energy is radiated by electrons only when they change their energy shells.

Since their energy remains constant, they keep revolving around the nucleus with constant acceleration and do not fall into the nucleus.
