Farmers borrow money from the trades and money lands to buys seeds, pesticides and fertlizers, when crops gets ruined due to bad manners, poor quality of seeds and pest attacks, the farmed are unable to return the borrowed money its order to repay the money to the londess, they are forced to mortage become landless
