Why do farmers do not add nitrogenous fertilizers during leguminous plants?

here is yr answer

The leguminous plants have root nodules in which the nitrogen-fixing bacteria called Rhizobium that fixes up the atmospheric nitrogen and convert it into usable form. So, these plants do not need nitrogenous fertilizers.
