*Fertilisers supply specific type of nutrients for the plant. Fertilisers are the chemicals which add minerals like potassium, phosphorus and nitrates to the soil. They use manure because it is a cheap fertilizer, plus they need somewhere for it to go anyways. Fertilizers are used because they increase crop production.

A mixture of manure and fertilizers acts betterly as compared to manures or fertilizers individually act.

This is because manures are nutrients specific and fertilizers are harmful. But when we use them together the amount of nutrition to be given get fulfilled and soil or whatever crop is there is not polluted much.
