why do farmers not use the same soil for growing plants as used for making pots
Answers
Potting soil is for growing and maintaining plants in pots, for indoor plants or porch/patio plants. It contains no dirt (ground soil) whatsoever, is generally sterile so pathogens are not transferred and fertility/Ph can be adjusted for particular potted plants. Farmers (most farmers) grow their plants in dirt , in the ground, Potting soil added to ground soil is a waste of time, money and would have minimal benefit or impact unless added in monstrous, very expensive, quantities. Farmers need LIVE soils and adding composted materials is much more cost effective, adds living organisms, nitrogen plus aids the tilth of the Farmers soil, causing it to be lighter, better draining and more arable .
hope it helps!

Because of pots is only by the upper fertile soil which is without any stones or tree roots as it is smooth hence farmers do not use the same soil for making ppts
