Ans. Fish is a " Oviparous ". So , it can live only in water. Through its gills it will take breathe and release out. If fish come outside of the water it cant live for more time. The lungs of mammals would not work very well for a fish. In order to remove oxygen from the water, they rely on special organs called "gills."
