Why do fishes die when taken out of water ?

\bf\huge\underline\mathbb\green{ANSWER}

Fish use dissolved oxygen from water. the amount of dissolved oxygen is fairly low compared to the amount of oxygen in the air, so the rate of breathing in aquatic organism is much faster than in terrestrial organisms. Fishes also have gills, where dissolved oxygen is taken up by the blood.
