Farmers dry the paddy crop after cutting them from Feild because the paddy is grown in water.
Paddy needs a lot of water.
When the harvest is cut it still have some moisture .
That's why before separating rice from paddy the farmer dry the paddy.
This is because so that they won't get spoiled because of moisture.
