Hey mate here is your answer》》

Frogs live in water when tadpoles. When the tadpoles become frog's they have tolive near water or in a moist place because the frog's skin drys out quickly.Typically, frogs breed and spend thier juvenile (or "larval") stage in the water, then spend some or virtually all of their adult lives on the land. Frogs and toads are distinguished from salamanders (which are also amphibians) by the fact that adults do not have a tail.

But all frogs not live in water.adults spent water varies enormously.Bullfrogs and green frogs, although they have lungs and breathe air, spend almost all their adult lives in the water.

Adaptations That Help Frogs Live in Water.Like all animals that specialize in a particular habitat, aquatic frogs have been endowed by nature with certain characteristics that enable them to survive where other less adapted species might not. However, being so exclusively adapted for an aquatic environment makes frogs dependent upon that habitat for survival. Habitat loss in the form of shrinking wetlands has a drastic impact on frog populations and puts many species at risk.

Fancy Feet,Sensitive Skin,The Eyes Have It,these are factor the frog are force to live in water.

· They have gills which extract oxygen from water and keeps them alive, until they've developed sufficiently with lungs, that will allow them to live on land (frogs can absorb oxygen through their thin skins and the lining of the mouth as well). So, that's the reason why amphibians mostly need water for reproduction.so they are depends on water.
