Why do galvanometer deflects in the direction of the current flowing

We have total 900 three digit numbers from 100-999. I think its typo it should be immediate. We have numbers in which 1 is immediate right to 2 are 210-219, 121, 221, 321, 421, 521, 621, 721, 821, 921.

The language sounds off, but if

The needle of galvanometer deflects in the direction of flow of current...so if current flows in an oppositedirection, the galvanometer willdeflect in the opposite direction (in thedirection of the flow of current)..
