Why do gases expand to a large extent?
Why is diffusion not observed among solids??

• Gases expand to an large extent because gases's particles are continuously moving. They can do to any extent. And they have large space between them.
• We cannot observe diffusion amoung solids because solids have titely paked particles. They have no space between them, and their force of attraction is very much. Because of that solids cannot diffus.
