why do gases have neither a fixed shape nor a fixed volume

Gases are the fluid form of matter which flow from one place to other very easily and requires a container to store it. As gases posess more inter MOLECULAR space and less force of attraction they move with high K.E every where. They have a tendency of filling the entire part of container by taking the shape of container Because of all these reason gases don't have a fixed shape and volume
