why do glass bottles have space for liquids

glass bottles have space for liquids because liquid in the bottle has anamalus expansion it expands when cooled .If expands the pressure inside get burst the glass bottle so glass bottles have space for liquids

Becase molecules of liquids are not tightly packed.
