Answer: Gold and silver are the least reactive metals in the rectivity series, hence can not bond with oxygen easily. Therefore they both can not get corroded easily.

Gold and silver are least reactive in reactive series and therefore, they corrode easily.
What thw heck???? They are less reactive so how do they react with oxygen??? That too easily????
