according to IUPAC the elements which participate in diatomic bonding the symbols are arranged in alphabetical order so we dont write OH2 ,CrMg2 etc

this is bcz O is much Electronegative than H
and the second can say that h is positive and alphabetically in first so I think it is written H2O...
