Why do HCI, HNO, etc., show acidic characters in aqueous solutions while
solutions of compounds like alcohol and glucose do not show acidic character?

to show acidic character the substances release H+ ions in the aqueous solution . Therefore HCl , HNO show acidic character in aqueous solution while do not show in solutions like alcohol and glucose.

HCL AND HNO have acidic nature that is why they show acidic characters while glucose and alcohol do not have acidic characters.
