Why do HCI, HNO3, etc.. show acidic characters in aqueous solutions while solutions of compounds like Alcohol and Glucose do not show acidic character?

Because Glucose and alcohol do not release H+ ion in dissociation process. As they are weak acids. While HCl and HNO3 are strong acids having larger number of H+ ions.

H+ ions in aqueous solution are responsible for acidic character. HCl, HNO3, etc. give H+ ions in water while alcohol and glucose do not give H+ ion in water. Therefore, alcohol and glucose do not show acidic character.
