Why do hcl,hno3,etc show acidic characters in aqueous solution while solution of compound like alcohol and glucose do not show acidic character ?

hcl and hno3 had hydronium ion that is why its show acidic charater

HCL and HNO3 show acidic behaviour in solution as they dissociated in water to produce hydrogen ions while solution of glucose and alcohol do not form ions in water
