Why do HCL, HNO3, etc., show acidic characters in aqueous soluyion while solution of compound like alchohol and glucose do not show acidic character?

Hi mate

these HCl and HNo3 have combined with hydrogen

H2+No gives HNo3

Because glucose is not acid, so how can glucose shows acidic character
