Why do HCl , HNO3 ,etc show acidic solutions while solutions while solution of compounds like alcohol and glucose do not show acidic character

IT IS BECAUSE WHEN HYDROCLORIC ACID AND NITRIC ACID ARE DISSOLVED IN WATER, THEY DISSOCIATE AND FORM HYDROGEN IONS. WHILE ON THE OTHER HAND WHEN GLUCOSE OR ALCOHOL ARE DISSOLVED IN OXYGEN, THE DO NOT DISSOCIATE TO FORM HYDROGEN IONS AND THUS CANNOT SHOW THE PROPERTY OF ACIDS.
